Below are some key points regarding our cooperation:
1. We will primarily communicate through email (Info@clsc.ge), unless circumstances necessitate in-person meetings based on the content of the matter.
2. Written inquiries will receive a response within one calendar day, while verbal inquiries will be addressed immediately or by the end of the workday.
3. To ensure timely support, an in-house lawyer will be designated to
handle your requests. This dedicated legal professional will work in the language most convenient for you, with working hours agreed upon in advance. Their services include: - Managing current legal matters objectively. - Informing and executing assignments delegated to the company. - Prompt identification of legal issues requiring the expertise of other specialists within our legal firm.
4. We guarantee that actions taken to resolve issues will be in accordance with the law and effective, thus saving time. We do not condone the creation of artificial tasks or additional expenses on your part.
5. Monthly payments for legal outsourcing will be individually determined based on the services selected. Fees for individual cases will be calculated based on the complexity of the task, time spent, and resources utilized. In specific cases, a "Success Bonus" may be defined.
6. Payments will be made to the company's account, excluding expenses related to proceedings such as business trips, translation services, forensic/examination services, notary fees, state duties and fees.
7. Our guiding principle is transparency in our dealings with clients. We are committed to defending your interests through every legally reasonable means available, although without guarantee specific results. We assume full responsibility for any damage to our clients' interests resulting from the fault of our personnel. Legal services are overseen by the partners of our firm.
