In a commercial dispute, it is possible to have a problem of legal qualification of disputed circumstances, the correct solution of which depends on the experience of regulating specific, special relations. Due to the congestion of courts and the poor practice of resolving commercial disputes in general, judges are often limited to properly understand the specifics of such disputes, which ultimately negatively affects the effectiveness and quality of justice.
